HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Orders can be placed in a variety of ways, including via phone, e-mail, or fax. A hard copy purchase order is recommended for all orders and is required for all orders over $5000.00 in value. A number of payment options are listed below for convenience, and a variety of open account terms may be available after review of applicable credit information.

Wire Transfer / Credit Card / COD

Orders placed by customers without open accounts must be prepaid. If your company or institution doesn’t have their own purchase order form, please fill out this Fillable order form and email your Inside Technical Sales Specialist or print and fax toll free: 888-448-1153.

For your protection, a representative of National Precision Bearing will contact you over the phone for your credit card information before processing your order. National Precision Bearing strongly recommends against transmitting credit card information via E-mail.

If your preferred payment method is wire transfer, a pro forma invoice and wire transfer instructions will be provided in response to your order. Orders will ship out within one business day of receipt of funds.

Open Account

To set up an open account, please complete our credit application and email to your Inside Technical Sales Specialist or fax to 888-448-1153. Within 24 hours, you should receive a confirmation that your application has been received. Please allow 3-7 business days for your application to be processed. Upon completed review of your information, a member of our Finance department will notify your company.

Please note – our minimum order is $50 for domestic; $100 for international orders.*

If stock is available, product will ship upon acceptance of credit, unless otherwise arranged.

*All international orders require end use information and will not be processed without it. All items are subject to all US Export laws and provisions.
